Flow With Grace Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to work with Flow With Grace. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service carefully before completing your registration.

By purchasing a product, service, or ticket from Flow With Grace (FWG), including one-off programmes, 12-week programmes, and retreat tickets, you agree to the following:

1. Participation and Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in all FWG offerings—including retreats, one-off programmes, 12-week programmes, movement classes, workshops, tours, and herbal preparations—is voluntary.

You are responsible for communicating any relevant health concerns, injuries, allergies, or medical conditions to Grace or any other facilitators before attending or participating.

You accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being during all FWG experiences.

2. Health and Safety

FWG offerings are designed to promote wellness and holistic support. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We recommend that you consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise, herbal, or nutrition programme—especially if you are pregnant, postnatal, managing a medical condition, or recovering from injury.

3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in any programme or retreat.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and payment is accepted via approved online methods.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please review our cancellation policies below, which apply to all offerings, including one-off programmes, 12-week programmes, and retreats:

Retreats

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat date: Full refund, minus a $10 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made 8–29 days before the retreat date: 50% refund of the total ticket price.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat: No refund.

  • No-shows: No refund.

  • Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person with at least 48 hours' notice. Please provide the new attendee’s details.

One-off and 12-week Programmes

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date: Full refund, minus a $10 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: 50% refund.

  • After the programme has begun: No refunds will be issued.

  • Programmes are non-transferable once started.

Programme or Retreat Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that FWG must cancel a programme or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, illness, or low enrolment), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. FWG is not responsible for travel or additional costs incurred.

5. Media Release

By participating in any FWG event or programme, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes (including social media, newsletters, and the FWG website).

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing before your session or retreat begins.

6. Code of Conduct

FWG is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone who violates this code may be asked to leave without refund.
